Hera

Hera's parents are Cronus and Rhea. She is mainly worshipped as a goddess of marriage and birth. Some say her children were conceived without the help of a man. Supposily, she could slap her hand on the ground or eat lettuce and they were born. No love. The cow and peacock are Hera's "Sacred Symbols". It is said that Hera and Zeus had an affair, but Zeus usually couldnt stand up to her. Hera is portrayed as a majestic, solemn women.

Hera and Zeus had 3 children together

  • Ares
  • Eileithyia
  • Hebe

There was also a 4th child, Hephaestus, but Zeus is not claimed to be the father.
