Agreed… when people say were are going to put them, i think it is obvius, its called normal prisons
That is a great idea but it won't work because the second they step on American soil they obtain rights they don't have on the battle field so since they don't have to be told their rights they weren't and once they step into court they're lawyer is going to ask if they were told their rights and since they weren't they will go free into the streets of New York city because we can't send them home because their government said they will kill them and we can't knowingly send them into that situation.
But what about the security and such?
I'm not sure where I stand with this whole thing. Terrorist coming into the country- GOD NO! What they did was wrong, and they should take what's coming. Torture is fundementally wrong. There are other methods to get them to cooperate.
However, it's hard to come up with a solution that is humane, and effective.

True. I think they should maybe have a designated place though.
Some of them are innocent. The torture was terrible.
That isn't torture it is mild discomfort they were treated great their alot better than they deserve and you can't go through life thinking that you knowbody has to go through any discomfort. The Wall street journal reporter knows that and he payed the ultimate sacrifice when the not cut but sawed his head off in the nude on national TV.
The American definition of torture is any event of situation that puts you any level discomfort, so let me ask you. Are you American?
