The Pulitzer Prize isn't just awarded to books. It's awarded in categories of Journalism, Drama, and Music. But what other awards are there? Of course, authors who write children books crave the Newbery Award and other adult fiction writers desire the Booker Prize. If I went through a list of every literary award, this page would take years to read and would be as exciting as watching grass grow, but this website mentions a few of the major awards and their genres.
